Guestbook Usage

Users adding their entry to the guestbook pages of this site shall not use profane language, sexual content, provide false or misleading information, or provide advertising of any kind. The user agrees that all information is correct including but not limited to the user's name and email address. The webmaster reserves the right under these terms to edit or delete any such entries without notice to the user. Entries to the guestbook are the sole opinion and writings of the user and are not endorsed by TravelingOz.com. All guestbook entries will be reviewed by the webmaster / owner of TravelingOz.com prior to posting to insure compliance as set forth in this paragraph. The IP addresses of all persons that sign the guestbook are recorded and stored. Those who violate these terms and conditions will be forbidden and blocked from using the guestbook. Any type of abuse will not be tolerated. The guestbook is provided by another website. Although controlled by the webmaster for editing, the program is controlled by another source and is governed by their website terms and conditions. Governing Law

The terms of service described on this page shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law principles thereof.
