RAVIOLI WITH MEAT SAUCE COOKING DIRECTIONS

 

       

Use plenty of water in a large pot. At least one quart of water per 25 ravioli. Bring water to a hard boil then add frozen ravioli. When the water comes to a second boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Continue to cook in a slow boil  for about 4 minutes until all ravioli come floating to the top. Drain ravioli thoroughly using a slotted spoon.

 

       

If you have a lot of ravioli carefully poor them into a colander so they drain thoroughly. Add  meat sauce into a platter or shallow bowl. Carefully add ravioli and more meat sauce until the platter is full as shown above. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve.
